Chanel Camelia Rose

I haven’t found a light pink lipstick that I loved in ages, until I came up on Chanel’s Rouge Allure Camelia lipstick in this creamy baby rose color (Rose 337). I love how glossy it goes on, that it nearly feels like a gloss, but with the heavy pigment of a lipstick. Pink is my power mood, so I’m embracing it with all I got these days. I’m taking everything that is boosting my positivity and allowing it to sink it tenfold. We all need this when we are stuck inside. Something so simple like a lipstick can have an affect on our entire day. I enjoy how the small things are amplified these days. Things that were overlooked before now seem extra important today, and for all the right reasons. Grateful to have this way of thinking more moments than not nowadays.

Coronavirus has made these days have been unbelievably anxiety-ridden and bombarded with nonstop news updates. The state of our future feels very, very unknown right now but all we can do is take it day by day and do what we can to help the situation. And for us, that is staying home and informing others to do so, also. But I’m not going to let all this time at home be put to waste. I’ve been channeling my creativity in new ways that I am excited to share with you all on here. First of all, I’ve been playing around with more experimental makeup looks. Just having fun with what is around me at home. And I’ve been loving it! Hope this inspires you to get creative and think outside the box at home, as well!
